Classic Baseball is responsible for organizing the Chicagoland Classic Showcase (formerly known as the Northwest Suburban Baseball Tournament and the Stevenson Showcase) which is celebrating its 22nd Anniversary in June of 2019. The Chicagoland Classic showcase is an invite-only showcase that includes more than 200 of the best baseball players from eight of the largest conferences (approximately 100 high schools) in the Chicagoland area. Each year more than 100 college coaches and professional scouts attend the Chicagoland Classic Showcase.

Classic Softball was formed in 2017 after receiving numerous requests from players, parents, and coaches to offer the same opportunities for softball players. Classic Softball offers the same first-class showcases from which baseball players have benefited over the past 20 years. Participating softball players can expect to be part of a very well-organized event that provides the opportunity to be evaluated by numerous college coaches in competitive and instructional settings. We are confident you will find our showcase to be an extremely worthwhile event and a very valuable experience.
The Academic Achievement Games for Softball provide players with the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of many of the coaches from the top academic institutions throughout the country. Classic Softball provides a platform for high-achieving student-athletes to advance their playing careers at the collegiate level. Strong students who possess a desire to play college softball will benefit from the Academic Achievement Games – the only two-day event of its kind in the Midwest.
